AA Power Rankings Week 7

Last Updated Jan 22, 2006

Sutherland makes a move up with big win over Collingwood, consequently, Collingwood drops. Otherwise, everything else is about the same.

Will update this on a weekly basis, most likely every Sun. Think your team should be higher, or included in the Power Rankings?? Send me an take at BCSportsFanatic@yahoo.ca

01. Duchess Park Condors (1)
02. Ladysmith 49ers (2)
03. St Thomas More Knights (3)
04. Clarence Fulton Maroons (4)
05. Lambrick Park Lions (5)
06. Prince Rupert Rainmakers (6)
07. Hope Mustangs (7)
08. Cedar Spartans (11)
09. Sa-Hali Sabres (9)
10. Westsyde Whundas (10)
11. Sutherland Sabres (15)
12. Collingwood Cavaliers (8)
13. Southridge Storm (12)
14. Pacific Academy Breakers (NR)
15. Sentinel Spartans (14)

HM: DP Todd, College Heights, Summerland, Shawnigan Lake, Princess Margaret

Top 7 stay pretty much the same. Fulton may drop from here though as I think Lambrick and Cedar are probably better, waiting to see how Fulton did in their own tournament. Dropped Collingwood and moved up Sutherland. Pacific Academy makes an entry into the top 15, just behind Southridge. HM stays the same. Not sure where Basketball BC got Gulf Islands, St. Michaels, and Grand Forks from.

I think that they are good enough to make the Provincials as top 3 make it from FV. Not sure if any other teams below them are better so that's why I ranked them #14.

yeah, but just because they are good enough to make provincials, that doesn't mean that they'd be in the top 15

other divisions may have more competition in them, meaning that even tho they are better than P.A. they still won't make provs

ya knawmsayn!?!?

Prince Rupert lots to Oak Bay in the Quarter Finals of the police tourney, then they beat SMUS and Carson Graham.
As for SMUS and Gulf Islands, they are mediocre teams who could surprise. SMUS beat Lambrick a couple days ago, in league i think. That upset should tell you where they got them from.

well i guess Mountain beating Hope was a huge fluke cuz hope beat them by almost 60 last night.

Lambrick lost to smu, it was an upset, lambrick still leads the series 2-1. Smu had some good shooting and guard play by # 10. Lambrick had some good play by their pg and a tall skinny post hit some 3's.
