Last week, Sutherland played West Van varsity, had the game within 9 in the third but lost by 22. Two days later they played McNally, one of the strongest teams in Edmonton and lost by 4. On Saturday night they took on Kilsyth, a touring team from Australia who had lost to Carson by 6 and beaten West Van by 40. They beat Sutherland by 4. This week Sutherland beat Windsor 82-67 (they were up fifteen at the end of the first quarter and 18 at half). They play Seycove tonight.

hey we won our tournament, this weekend. We beat mission 78-57, but were up 30ish and put our bench in. We crushed Heritage Park. It was 47-18 at half, and again we rolled our bench in the second half. But yeah we lost to mountain, unforunately. Eric Williams whom i'm sure you all know as well as our starting point guard Brent Cross were both injured and we had just gotten back from prince george after an 8 hour drive and we lost by 2 because one of their guys banked a three in from NBA three range. So yeah we lost, but we were missing our MVP, our point guard and we played like shit. But thankfully we proved our worth in the Fraser Valley this weekend, pretty much demolishing all competition.

We, Sa-Hali, played in the Ladysmith tourney this weekend, beat Port Alberni by 19, then lost to Ladysmith by 16, then lost to Cedar by 20, Siggy Skagfeld, or however you spell it is A-MAZING.

don't call me buddy and i said we played like shit that's not an excuse. And by the way, I'm a role player, I had 30 points. We played like shit that's what happened.

Hey Buddy

Excuse #1 "(We lost because) one their guys banked a three in from NBA three range"

Excuse #2 "We were missing our MVP"

Excuse #3 "(We were missing) our point guard"

Excuse #4 "We played like shit"

Now, congrads on one and only 30 point game. Hope is all hype and no game. They compared themselves to Duchess Park earlier in the year. Duchess Park plays without their "MVP" and still wins tournaments Hope plays without their "MVP" and lose continually.

yea duchess wasnt dressing 2 players when i saw them play (im assuming one of them was nathan their "mvp")... and they still beat NVSS by 60 and went on to easily win the tournament
