The draw for this tournament is a little messed up. Most of the AAA teams (WJM, South Delta, Mt Boucherie, South Kam) are on the one side and the top AA teams are on the other (Duchess, Fulton, Westsyde). Someone suggested that they wanted the top AA teams to have an opportunity to play each other so if that is so, than it would work out.
The obvious favorite is Duchess Park who have been beating up on everyone these days (I've ranked them #1 so far). Duchess will be tested as they'll have to beat Westsyde and Fulton to get to the Finals. On the other side, DP Todd and Nechako Valley will get an early test vs AAA competition, DP Todd could drop in the rankings if they don't show well. Sa-hali has a chance to really make some noise if they should pull the upset over Fulton in the Quarters.
This will be a good benchmark tournament to see if Duchess and/or Fulton are the real deal. Rankings will reflect the results of this tournament.

duchess is going to get stomped! They beat one good team this year, that was out of pure luck! With Paul Burkholder back, and Matt Foster and Cam Wharram both starting to score now, along with Nathan, there isn't enough room for all their egos, there aren't enough room for everybody to get their shots, once they play a good team like westsyde they will get MANHANDLED!
they will get thumped??? i think westsyde lost to duchess yesterday by 30 or so, as did fulton, and sa-hali lost to fulton by 20 or more, than beat westsyde by 15 or something

Whoever said that Dutchess would get manhandled is a moron. Dutchess actually only beat Westsyde by 24 or something and Westsyde kept it fairly competitive (there was no chance of them winning though!). Westsyde was dead after that and had to play right after the next game while Sa-hali had 2 games of rest. Yes, Sa-hali won, but Westsyde was winning by 1 going into the 4th and then were just too physically tired to hold on to it. Sa-hali and Westsyde are actually fairly even teams.
i heard duchess beat fulton by 30 was fulton mising players or wat?... except for Nathan who does Dutchess even have?

i was at the Big Kahuna tourney for JH lol. well umm we arent a basketball team but i saw the whole fulton and duchess game. that game was like 21-19 after 1. in the second half holy duchess ripped it up. nathan yu and that fulton number 8 guard are sick haha. props
