Fri update, in case you missed it, here is my wrap up of the HSBC Tournament for Hooplife.ca. Centennial beats St. Georges last night in the final of the St. Georges Tournament by a score of 80-58.
Updated the AAA Power Rankings.

Dominos' Invitational - ST. GEORGE'S (Vancouver) Predictions tomorrow
Talon Challenge - GLENEAGLE (Coquitlam)
Bob Gair Classic - NEW WESTMINSTER
HawkBall 2005 - W.J. MOUAT (Abbotsford)
HSBC was a classic indeed, great games throughout and fantastic finish in the final game between St. George's and Handsworth. Looking for some more results from the other tournaments, namely Walnut Grove Tournament and Vanier Tournament.
Fraser Valley
1. Centennial
2. Brookswood
3. Maple Ridge
4. Pitt Meadows
5. Pinetree
6. Gleneagle
7. WRCA
8. North Delta
9. Tamanawis
10. Terry Fox
HM: Enver Creek, MEI, Port Moody, Yale
Centennial still holding strong in the FV, easy win over Brookswood at HSBC should allow them to stay on top until Jan. Ridge and Pitt holding strong at 3 and 4. Pinetree blasts up the rankings with an excellent showing at HSBC with big win over Killarney and good showing vs Kits. Gleneagle made it all the way to the Quarters of HSBC with a big win over Argyle. Fox countinues to drop with loss to WRCA in exhibition. Speaking of WRCA, rumours are Jordan Mara has quit, could be trouble for WRCA if that is true. Tamanawis played well at HSBC winning their first game. Moody could rise if they can show some more consistency.

4. Churchill
5. Magee
6. Palmer

St. George's has clearly established themselves as the team to beat by winning the HSBC Classic with wins over Port Moody, Churchill, Centennial, and Handsworth. Kitsilano could not follow-up their success at NSIT and lost the grudge match to Handsworth in the semis. Killarney was a disappointment losing to upstart Pinetree in the 2nd round. Churchill and Magee squared off in the Quarters of HSBC with Churchill pulling out the win. Palmer, Central, and Richmond had mixed results at HSBC.

Vancouver Island
1. Claremont
2. Dover Bay
3. Oak Bay
4. Belmont
5. Vanier
HM: Wellington, Mt Douglas, Cowichan
Not sure if any of the Island teams were in action this week, there was a Vanier and Cowichan Tournament but the results are not publicly known (please fill me in if you have the details). So the rankings stay the same as last week.
Vancouver Island Preview Week 2
Howe Sound
1. Handsworth
2. Carson Graham
3. Argyle
4. West Vancouver
Handsworth looked to regain their form after a disappointing last weekend at NSIT and they did just that losing by 2 to Tournament winners St. George's in the final of the HSBC. Carson was idle and Argyle lost to Gleneagle in the 2nd round of HSBC. Finally West Vancouver lost by 20 to a weak Fox team, definintely not looking like a contender right now.
